Common questions
What will my first c10 class be like?
Picture this… Arriving 5-10 mins before class, you meet your instructor and get a run down of how to use the Reformer machine. They ask you about any injuries, issues or goals you have and show you where to store your personal items.
As other c10'ers potter in, the room fills with laughter, energy and positivity. After taming the chatter, your instructor guides you through the workout –– offering modifications and tailoring exercises where needed. Plenty of one-on-one attention.
After class, you feel empowered, invigorated and energised for life. Go get yourself a coffee… you’ve earned it.
What is Reformer Pilates and why is it better than Mat Pilates for me?
Mat Pilates is a great place to start. But Reformer offers a greater level of resistance with minimal risk of aggravating your wrists and knees. Features like straps and foot bars assist and support you through body strengthening and lengthening exercises that would otherwise be impossible. Plus, at c10, our Reformers are elevated, which takes the struggle out of getting up or down.
I haven't exercised in a while. Is Reformer Pilates safe and suitable for me?
Absolutely. With modifications, tailored exercises and plenty of one-on-one attention, you’ll feel safe, comfortable and never left behind. And in our beautiful community, you’ll feel welcome, uplifted and supported every step of the way.
What makes C10 Reformer Pilates different from other studios in Warners Bay?
At c10 Reformer Pilates, there’s no one-size-fits-all, hyped-up instruction from the front of a crowded room. We value community, tailored workouts and one-on-one attention. But the heartbeat—the fire in the belly—of c10 is the welcoming, supportive, and often cheeky community. You'll love it here.
How do I get to c10?

Warners Bay. Just head up Hillsborough Rd and enter via the Baby Bunting entrance. Drive down to the second complex and park in front of Advanced Physiotherapy (we’re right next door).
What do I wear? What should I bring?
Wear comfy workout clothes and socks. (Socks are compulsory – if you forget or don't have any, we sell Grippy socks at the studio.) And bring a water bottle, towel and some good vibes.
How can I pay?
We accept credit cards, bank transfer or cash at the studio. For our bank details, email connect@c10pilates.com.au
How is Clinical Reformer different from normal Reformer Pilates?
Clinical Reformer is for you if you're a beginner, managing pain or injury or just need to take things slower. Moving at a slower pace, you’ll learn the correct form and technique and how to properly engage your core and avoid back and neck pain while you exercise. All under the focused attention of a c10 instructor who cares to listen and understand your needs and goals.
Will I be the oldest person in class? I don't want to feel out of place.
Even if you are the eldest in the room, you won’t feel it. You’ll be having too much fun building strength and letting those endorphins run wild. Our community cares more about authentic connection, support and loving the journey, not about how old we all are.
How much do classes cost? Are there any special offers or discounts available?
Whatever your budget or Reformer routine, our packs and memberships will keep you focused on your goals. (See pricing options.) Looking for some mojo to get you started? See our Intro Offer: 5 classes for $60.
What's your cancellation policy?
Life happens. We get it. But so we can keep our classes running smoothly, please cancel any classes at least 6 hours before the scheduled start time. If you cancel within the 6-hour window, your class pass will be forfeited.
What's your refund policy?
All sessions and packs are non-refundable and non transferable
